Twelve Days of Christmas: Day 10
This is just a brief look at our trip a few weeks ago with Cale and Megan. We headed up to Kiawah Island (outside Charleston, SC) for the guys to run a marathon! There are so many stories! I can get to those later.
Turns out, instead of 60s and sunny it was 35 and rainy for the majority of the time we were there. I think the high was 48. And the wind was about 40mph. Off the ocean at least.

During the race. Renae's face says it all. IT WAS MISERABLE.

Our schmancy villa :)

We had such a good time- and we're already planning on next year! Thanks Cale and Megan for a great vacation! :)

The Twelve Days of Christmas: Day 8
Even though it's a little past the day, I wanted to post some pictures of the Christmas decor around our house. We had a great time decorating this year! :)
This is one of my new favorite things. Shannon got me this jingle bell tree for my birthday this year! And, next to it, is our only Mistletoe candle we have left. Note to us: when living in GA, the attic is NOT a safe place to store candles. You can if you'd like, but you will be peeling wax of every Christmas item you have for several hours if you do.

This is another new addition, the small tree. Thank you Hobby Lobby. $3.00 And it's perfect for that spot!

On top of our bookshelf:

The following are brought to you by garland and my newest favorite Christmas Tree item: jingle bell garland! It's so great! (You might notice that we decorate with lots of bright colors. Totally our style. Love it!)

And here is where we put all our cards from all of you! :) Thank you for thinking of us this Christmas! We really enjoy hearing from everyone and really appreciate that you keep up with our continually changing addresses to include us! We love you!!
